RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase.
30-day returns
Items can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date for free. We charge a $10 restocking and shipping fee for returns to the original form of payment. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in with tags still attached and in the original cloth shoe bags. Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
COST OF RETURNS
We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit. Returns to the original form of payment within the United States will incur a return shipping fee of $10. International returns will be at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
MUST BE PURCHASED ON WWW.SEASTARBEACHWEAR.COM FOR A RETURN
We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through seastarbeachwear.com. Merchandise purchased at other retailers can only be returned or exchanged at that retail store.
REFUNDS
Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. We will refund your credit card account once the returned item is received at our warehouse. Please allow 7 – 10 days to receive your credit.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please notify us immediately at inquiries@seastarbeachwear.com if items appear to be damaged or lost in transit. Please read all conditions. If the conditions are not met, Sea Star Beachwear reserves the right to refuse the return.

2. INPUT YOUR CUSTOMER PO# & ZIPCODE
You can find this on the invoice for your order that was delivered to your email.
3. ADD THE ITEMS THAT YOU WANT TO RETURN
Eligible items (within a 30-day return period) will show as white, while ineligible items will be greyed out.
4. FOLLOW THE STEPS AS PROMPTED TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
Choose from a return or exchange and select the reason that you are returning or exchanging the product(s).
5. PRINT YOUR LABEL AND PACK YOUR RETURN
Once you've submitted your return, you will receive a label. If shipping multiple orders, use corresponding labels and ship in separate boxes. Do not ship in the same box. If returning a fisherman's tote, it must be returned in tube or flat in a box. Folding the tote will cause damage so we cannot refund the order.
6. COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed.
