HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as we dispatch your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your order.
If you have an account, you can login and view the status of any of your recent orders.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed before 11 AM EST, will be processed on that business day. If the order is placed after 11 AM EST, it will be processed on the following business day.
Please allow up to 10 days for processing and shipping.
CAN I ADJUST MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
We can't make any promises, but we will give it our best shot. Email us at inquiries@seastarbeachwear.com regarding any changes in size, color, style, shipping address or order cancellation.
WHY AM I GETTING CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDERS WHEN I PREVIOUSLY WASN'T
Historically, sales tax was only required when a business had a physical presence in the buyer’s state. However, a recent tax law update by the Supreme Court requires all e-commerce retailers to collect sales tax in a state if they earn above a revenue or sales threshold in that specific state (this is called “economic nexus”). In order to maintain compliance with this tax law update, a tax charge now applies on Sea Star Beachwear orders in the following U.S. states: AZ, CA, IL, NY, NJ, WA, CO, GA, MI, NC, SC, AR, KS, NE, NV, RI, CT, DC, HI, IN, KY, ME, MD, MN, OH, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, UT, LA, TN, MA, ID, FL, WY & NM

OUR RETURNS POLICY
30-DAY RETURNS
Items can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date for free. For returns to the original form of payment you are liable for the shipping fee. Please use a trackable shipping service. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in with tags still attached and in the original cloth shoe bags. Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
COST OF RETURNS
We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit. Returns to the original form of payment within the United States will incur a return shipping fee of the trackable service you choose. We do not offer free labels. International returns will be at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through seastarbeachwear.com. Merchandise purchased at other retailers can only be returned or exchanged at that retail store.
REFUNDS
Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. We will refund your credit card account once the returned item is received at our warehouse. Please allow 7 – 10 days to receive your credit.

Please notify us immediately at inquiries@seastarbeachwear.com if items appear to be damaged or lost in transit. Please read all conditions. If the conditions are not met, Sea Star Beachwear reserves the right to refuse the return.
SIZING & PRODUCT CARE
HOW DO I CLEAN MY SHOES?
With proper care, your Sea Stars will last for years of adventure.
Many common substances can easily be cleaned off of your shoe’s neoprene upper—simply wipe with a damp cloth or hand wash in cold water with a mild soap or detergent, then let dry in sunlight.
Do not use chlorine bleach, fabric softener or place in a heated dryer.
To prevent fading, discoloration, and damage, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme cold and heat.
SIZING & FIT
Our shoes are meant to fit snug to stay on your feet in the water. Don't worry, if they come off while swimming, they float to the surface!
The shoes run true to size. If you are a half size, we recommend going up to the next full size.
Please pull gently on the back of the shoes when putting them on. They stretch, but only so far. The neoprene will retain its elasticity and will not stretch out with wear, unlike most espadrilles.

DO THE SHOES COME IN WIDE SIZES?
We currently do not have wide shoe sizes. Because of the light stretch in the neoprene, they can support wider feet. We recommend sizing up, if you have wider feet.
